Standard Rate

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in.

• Full payment is due 14 days before arrival.

• No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of check-in or for early departures

• 10% discount for guests who pay 100% at booking.

• No changes, no cancellations.

Monthly Rentals (28+ nights)

• 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking.

• Balance due 30 days before check-in.

• No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.

• If booking less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required at booking.

We accept payment via Credit Card, Wise, National Bank Transfer or Cash.
