The property is adults only. Please ensure all guests are 18 years of age.

​

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and incur a fee.

​

No smoking indoors.

 

No parties or events.

 

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

 

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 2 or 3 people depending on which casita is rented.

​

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or repairs.

​

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or delays caused by weather, transportation, or natural events.

​

Please use water and electricity responsibly.

 

Air conditioning should be turned off when not in use.

 

Towels and linens are provided.

 

Housekeeping for weekly or monthly rental is available on request incurring a fee.

​

Please separate trash and rinse recyclables.

 

Do not flush toilet paper or sanitary products, use the bin provided. A 50$ fee will be charged if a toilet need to be unclogged.

By booking your stay, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is governed by the laws of Panama.
